Update: I should mention here that their matching algorithm isn’t all bad; at least it does its job in finding potential matches for users based on compatibility scores calculated from user data… But still, no one wants to be stuck browsing endless lists of random strangers without getting an idea who these people actually are before deciding whether or not we want them as our match.. That said though there aren’t many unique features available either way when compared with other online dating sites out there..

First off, there’s no page of frequently asked questions on the website. You’d think that for an online dating site this would be one of the first things they should have sorted out but apparently not! So if you’re having any issues with your account or need advice about navigating through their services then good luck finding answers because chances are you won’t find them here.
Secondly, even when I did try and contact customer service directly by emailing them my query twice over two weeks ago – still nothing back yet… It’s as though they’ve forgotten all about me (and probably many other users too). And that really isn’t cool at all especially since we’re talking about something as important as people’s love lives here; so slow response times definitely aren’t acceptable! If anything goes wrong while using Rondevo then who knows what kind of trouble could arise? Not ideal…
